The Inward Adventure is an integrated and holistic experience, focused on you as an individual, and designed to help you get the best out of the adventure of your life.

It is based on the concept of energy - that all life is the movement of energy. That different qualities of energy create different results and that different actions and mind sets change the energy flow.

To affect and control this Life Force energy we use:

  • Tai-chi,
  • Yoga,
  • Qigong,
  • Liangong,
  • Insight Meditation
  • NLP

We are all a fusion of Body, Mind and Spirit. Changing one changes all.

It is important to understand that this is not a course. All the classes are treated as standard Yoga or Tai-chi etc. They are a door to much more if you wish to explore more deeply

It is up to you to take what you want from what we offer.

Emotion - which determines how good our lives feel - arises from how we balance Body, Mind and Spirit. What we put our attention on determines how we feel.

Bodies - our posture, muscle tension, movement and bodily alignments. How relaxed or tense we are has a big influence on our emotions.

Mind - what we focus on and how we use language for communication, to others, but especially our own inner talk.

Spirit - our sense of purpose and direction. Our beliefs and values.

Tai-chi, Yoga, Qigong, Insight Meditation and NLP techniques are a powerful way to facillitate these learnings because they work directly on these areas, individually and collectively.

  • They are powerful tools for health.
  • To help you to feel wonderful about your life.
  • To create motivation for action.
  • To allow issues to arise and observe them objectively when they do.
  • To see clearly the actions you need to take.
  • To see the consequences of those actions.
  • To take control! of you.

These skills are a means to end as well as an end in themselves.

They can be a wonderful learning tool to what is happening internally, in your mind and emotions, or they can be pursued for the pleasure they give by just practicing each discipline on it's own.
