This section gives you the information you need to have about your specific class.

Yoga Classical - the focus is on the traditional way of doing yoga which means connecting your body, breath and mind. The Asanas will be held for a little longer or you can move in and out of them, depending on your abilities and needs.

Liangong - this class will allow you to bend, stretch, move and have as much dynamic tension as you wish. It can be as strenuous or gentle as you wish it to be, depending on what you want out of it.
Because of this, you will be shown the main moves and the variety of ways you can execute them but you will do them in your own way.
Each of you will be doing your own thing within the guided class.

Yoga stretch - the aim of this class is to have a more stretch element and will cater more for those who have tight muscles which need to loosen or for those who wish to become more flexible.
There will be co-ordination of breath and movement and of mental focus but it will be a much more physically orientated class.

Tai-chi - the aim of this class is to give you a deep grounding in the Tai-chi principles so that you have an understanding of the the way it works.
This is a deeper level than just learning a form.
It is learning to move in a particular way so that you connect to a deep place of peace and calm and tranquility.
