These classes have been developed to give you a unique, exciting and transformative experience by subtly blending different aspects of the various disciplines into each other to enhance your enjoyment and learning.

Yoga has aspects of the flow of Tai-chi and the focus of Meditation.
Liangong combines many elements of all the other skills which is what makes it so unique and thus is one of my favourite practices, especially first thing on rising.
Qigong has elements of Meditation, Flow and Stretch.

They all enhance each other and so combine to create a deeper whole.

Be clear - this is not a mishmash combination.
Yoga is still Yoga, Tai-chi is still Tai-chi etc.
These other influences, although peripheral, are important enhancements and additions to your experience.
You still get the full feeling of the discipline you have chosen.

There are a number of classes to choose from.

  • Standard classes - these are the shorter, 1-2 hour classes which are held weekly in various locations and are continually evolving.
  • Workshops - these are 1/2 day or 1 day deeper level experiences which are held 1 or 2 times a month.
  • Activities - these are for those who want to combine activities such as cycling, walking, kayaking, camping, climbing, with Tai-chi, Yoga, Meditation and the other skills you have learnt. Similar to the Extreme Celeb Detox tv programme.
  • Residentials - these are multi-day experiences covering many formats. They will involve going deeper into each discipline and will incorporate other activities such as walking, India, cycling in the Alps, amongst future plans.
  • Adventure Experiences - these are many and varied and will evolve with time and with the wishes of local groups. They will be residential, will have travel and will have an element of adventure, such as an India trip, trecking in the Atlas Mountains, Walking in the Pyrenees, camping and climbing in Cornwall.

It's worth stating again that you get what you want out of the classes.

You are taught in such a way that it is an individual experience.
You may want to just stretch in Yoga or lose yourself in the flow of Tai-chi or go deeper into your Spiritual Practice through meditative skills.
You will receive guidance in all these aspects. See - 'My Promise'

Why not try all the classes?

You don't have to pay unless you really enjoy the experiences.

In time you will find that learning a wide variety of these skills will enhance many areas of your life and will give you the options to choose what is best for you at any specific moment in time.
