These classes will be developing rapidly in the Bath-Bristol area, so keep looking here to see any developments.
If you want a class in your area and have enough people then please get in contact and lets see if we can make it happen.
How it's organised.
- These classes are held on a weekly basis and generally last 1 hr each.
- There will be a variety of classes running within about 3 miles of each other so that it is easy for anyone to attend one - or more - if they should so choose.
- The focus is on learning the skills of that particular discipline be it Yoga or Qigong etc, although the warm-ups can incorporate activities from outside that skill so, before the stretches of Yoga, there could be some Liangong moves.
