The purpose of these classes:-

  • To take you deeper into each discipline so that you understand more fully its inner workings and so can get a lot more out of your practice.
  • To experience a variety of the disciplines and explore their connections.
  • We look at how you can tailor your practices to suit your specific situations.
  • We explore Meditation, NLP and the Emotional, Mental aspects of your life so that you have the Mind tools to make the changes you want or need.
  • We explore Goalsetting and Motivation.
  • We look at what stops you moving forward.


By exploring and experiencing all the disciplines on offer, in the same day, you will learn how to create a programme tailored to your needs. 


A sample programme for the day

  • Introductions and preliminaries.
  • Qigong - working on individual aspects of the skills. Focus, relaxation, form etc.
  • Input of NLP skills - especially focused on communication.
  • Tea break
  • Complete Qigong form then move into Tai-chi.
  • Exploring how to use the NLP skills in our own lives.
  • Liangong - exploring the different ways it can be done.
  • Lunch
  • 10 mins freeform Tai-chi to warm-up, leading into -
  • Vipasana (insight) meditation - focus, concentration, relaxation, observing.
  • Tai-chi as a moving meditation.
  • Goals, Targets, Outcomes - how to make the most of them in an easy way.
  • Tea break.
  • Yoga and relax
  • Queations and feedback
  • Depart


These will be held 1 or 2 times a month and will have different focuses, so that over time you will build a fantastic toolkit enabling you to deal with whatever life throws at you.
