Here are more details of your Yoga Stretch class

  • You will be looking to really connect into your body, to feel the stretch and to allow yourself to let go into it..
  • Flexibility is a small part of what happens here. It is about feeling the stretch and being able to hold it at the point of resistance
  • There will be of Vipassana Meditation in that you will have a detached awareness with a letting go of judgement of your own performance or results.
  • Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Bring something warm if you get cold.
  • Bring your own mat. If you really want to come and don't have access to one then please give me a call.
  • Don't eat for 2 hours before the class as it will be uncomfortable.
  • Have a bottle of water handy.
  • Bring a light blanket with you for the relaxation at the end.


The structure of the class.

  • There is a warmup to prepare your body for the assanas to follow.
  • The main body of the class follows the Yoga Principles
  • There is a guided relaxation to finish. Don't be surprised if it runs over a little.
