Here are more details of your Yoga Classic class
- You will be looking to have an overall experience of letting go of stresses and finding a sense of peace and tranquility.
- Flexibility is a small part of what happens in this class.
- There will be more involvement in the principles of Vipassana Meditation.
- Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Bring something warm if you get cold.
- Bring your own mat. If you really want to come and don't have access to one then please give me a call.
- Don't eat for 2 hours before the class as it will be uncomfortable.
- Have a bottle of water handy.
- Bring a light blanket with you for the relaxation at the end.
The structure of the class.
- There is a warmup to prepare your body for the assanas to follow.
- The main body of the class follows the Yoga Principles
- There is a guided relaxation to finish. Don't be surprised if it runs over a little.
